10-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your board arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Alie Surfboards will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized surfboards
Used or damaged products not caused during shipping
Items returned after the 10-day return period
Products without original packaging

Need a different size or model? Contact our support team within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
